All ourselected and Low-Res delivered images contain a ikono’s basic editingthat include simple adjustments to the image to improve its overall quality, without altering its original appearance.
We proceed to :

• Exposure adjustments like brightness, contrast, highlights&shadows
• Color saturation and white balance (temperature & tint)
• Sharpening to enhance the details of the image
• Noise or grain reduction to create a smoother, more refined appearance
• Even if our photographers compose their images as soon as the shot is taken, we might use some cropping to create a more pleasing composition.

When you make your final selection, we complete and precisely calibrate the editing adjustment image by image for the final delivery in high resolution.

Retouching is a complementary process we propose for portrait, product, real estate or commercial and advertising photography to attend the perfection on any image delivered.
We proceed to subtle or extensive changes to an image to enhance its overall appearance or to fix specific issues :

• Removing blemishes
• Smoothing out skin or other surfaces
• Adjusting local lighting, color or sharpening
• Adding or removing elements from the imagethat couldn’t be added or removed during the shooting process
• Adjusting perspective and vertical composition.

Our retouching always usethe top-of-the-linenon-destructive techniques to produce images on highest quality possible. Our goal is also to maintain details and texture as natural as possibleto ensure that the image appears unretouched.

High-end retouching

Regarding your project and your specific needs, we can step forward to propose a deeper retouch and a global transformation of our original image.

We can replace the entire or partial background, remove or add element like flooring or furniture in real estate photography, integrate product in a different environment or even recompose a group portrait from individual photographies.

Low Resolution [LOW-RES]

All images are delivered in small size, 600 to 1200 pixels in the longest side depending on project. LOW-RES images are edited and come with reading and personal rights.

High Resolution [HIGHT-RES]

Your selection will be delivered in large size, 4800 to 6500 pixels in the longest side.These images can be print in double pageforany editorial (from 40×27 cm to 55×36 cm in 300 dpi).

Your selection will also be delivered in Medium resolution size, 1200 to 2400 pixels in the longest side. These images are optimized for website and online social networks.

High-end images

This is the highest quality and size we propose, from 5500 to 8500 pixels on the largest side depending on your needs and the material we use (30M to 50M).

• Any tools or objects that define your works and that could participate to your business identity
• Cleaned up, or even new ones can be great, but used will also express your expertise and experience.

Ikono’s personal rights & reading use

(included in all images available in Low-res)

• Personal rights means that you can only keep images for your own discretion, on your own device or within your team flow. Sharing online or with external partner or client is not allowed.
• Reading use : You can download all images on your device and share within your team to make the final selection.

Attention, these images can not be used for commercial, editorial, online or for any other purpose.

Ikono’s Basic corporate rights

Included in all purchased images for unlimited time, worldwide :

• Editorial, print & multimedia for internal use
  Images can be used for annual report, notice, digital books, PowerPoint presentation, any prints or digital support for your company’s internal communication– External editorial & press not included.
• Internet & digital communication (for company’s website, online communication, social medial or business profiles – online commercials are not included).

Regarding the scope of your project, some of this following rights can be simply add, on demand and free of charge, on your purchased images.
