Process

1. Contact us & explain your project

• Fill in the Contact form with the basic information of your need. If your project is simple and you already chose your package, we will contact you by email to confirm your needs, and directly schedule the photo shooting. The day decided, we will make a short interview in the location to create your expected photographs.
• For larger project, acomplementary interview will establish your expectations (email, telephone, Online or in person meeting regarding your global project).Any special requests can be discussed, and we will do our utmost to fulfil them.

How to explain your project 

• Tell me more about your company and your objective.
• What are your photographyneeds ? Portrait, corporate photo-reportage, event coverage, product, space, … a combined project ?
• What is the purpose of your demand ?How will you use these images ?Which rights included? (to know more about the rights)
• Do you have a communication guide line, a branding graphic chart or a moodboard to follow ?
• What precisely images do you want to be created ?Most details we knows, most we can complete your expectation.
• How many images do you need ?
• How many photographers do you need ?
• Specific materiel required ? Mobile studio ?Photocall ?Photobooth ?
• How many people are involved?
• Who is involved whether they be directors, employees, or your guest.
• Where ? In your office ? in our studio ? In other location ? for a larger round trip ? In Tokyo ?Japan ? Asia/Pacific ?
• Duration of your event or project ?Your needs of images determine a necessary time for the shooting.
• What is your schedule ? The date of the shooting and delivery expectation.
• What is your expected budget?
• Anything else you would like to tell us ?

2. We will develop a detailed brief together

• Information of the Client
• Location, date & duration of the shooting
• Short description of project
• Type and numbers of image required
• Any other details that define your project needs and the creation of images…

3. Our Quotation

A price estimate will be established by IKONO.
You will receive a detailed quotation based on our packages or completed regarding your needs in images and rights.

4. Satisfied? Sign & save the date!

Review and sign the quotation and our policy to engage the shooting process
You can also extend or revise your objective and ask for a second quotation.

The photo shoot will take place under the established specifications, this being in the appropriate timeframe (including set-up, shoot, taking down of set), in one or few hours, a day or several days (check all our packages).

Ikono’s photographers will be always available to adapt themselves to your project even during the shooting process.

You can upgrade your package anytime. But with your understanding, any extra demand during the photo shooting that require extra times or specific materials won’t be accepted if impossible. We recommend to define your needs in the initial process.
