Included services

Meeting & communication

• Previous communication by Mailing, online meeting,  or on location meeting (included services or with additional charge depending on your project, your needs and the number of meeting)
• A quotation adapted to your needs
• Guidance and Coaching during the shooting
• Adaptation to your needs or upgrade service during the prestation.

Time charged

• Time charged counted on site. It includes previous interview, shooting, other setting installation & transportation between location
• Initial transportation in Tokyo included in the rates (up to 1 hour)
• Time of installation and initial setting isfree of charge (Ikono’s team arrive 30 minutes before the shooting for preparation –  1 hour or more for portable studio or photo booth installation).
• Over time will be charged by upgrading your package or counted by hour (10 minutes over passed will be charged by 1 hour).

Images

• Private online gallery – DVD or USB on demand
• All the best shotedited and available in low-resolution (personal/reading rights included).
• Edited images in high resolution or/and High-End retouched imagesincluded in each pack (Basic corporate rights included).
• Online optimized versions included
• Fast Turnaround – 2to 5 days (Fast delivery on demand).

Rights

• Basic corporate rightsfor all purchased High-End images:
  • Editorial & print for internal use (annual report, notice, digital books, PowerPoint presentation or any prints for your company’s internal communication)
  • Online media use (for company’s website, social medial or business profiles – online commercial not included)
• Personal / Readingrights : all selected Low definition images delivered for personal and reading use (can not be used for commercial, editorial, or online purpose).

Options

Extra during the shooting

• Extra time : ask for upgrade package or + 15.000 ¥ /h + tax
• Night time & Holiday package : + 15.000 ¥ + tax (additional charge on every packages  – Night Time from 20:00 to 7:00 – Sunday and National Holiday)
• Extra Night time and holiday :+ 20.000 ¥ /h + tax
• Extra photographers – 2, 3 or larger team available on demand regarding your project
• Portable Studio on your location or specific light set-up + 15.000 ¥ (charged once by day or by location) + assistant 5000 ¥ / hour (up to 30.000 ¥ / day / assistant)
• Extra Assistant regarding your project + 5000 ¥ / hour (up to 30.000 ¥ / day + tax)
• Models on demand

Stylist & care

• Professional Hair stylist, Make-up Artist and Wardrobe Stylist are available on demand.
• Visitors or personal assistants of the person photographed are really welcome.

Images pack & options

• If you need more edited images, don’t worry, Ikono will be happy to include few in your package for free as service. Don’t hesitate to communicate your needs.
• All the best shotin low-resolution are already included (personal / reading rights included).
• Fast delivery : Next Day + 10.000 ¥ + tax / Same Day + 20.000 ¥ + tax / within 2 hours + 30.000 ¥ + tax (depending on availability and quantity required)

Request a quotation to extend your rights to commercial (branding, commercial and communication), editorial (external editorial / publishing / press / printed matter), multimedia (DVD, Video), exhibition, Internet & Digital communication (online commercials) or TV & cinema (online commercials).
